Welcome to the first edition of ‘Plug In’

I wanted to thank everyone involved in bringing this to life, especially Michelle who has contributed so much. Also to my friends Dr. Lance Wallnau, Dr. Cheryl Fraser and Barb Dohaney, I thank you for your wisdom, authenticity and heart.

One of the characteristics of a leader is their willingness to learn, they read, they seek training, they take classes, they listen to others, they are curious and always asking questions, they continually expand their confidence through their competence, and they are hungry to develop new skills and interests.
